Italy is a country steeped in cycling traditions and every year hold the Giro d’Italia where the world elite cyclists gather to race in teams in the hope of emerging as champions before the Tour De France, the other major race in the annual cycling calendar is the Tour of Spain or Vuelta a Espana.
