Umbria Holiday Villas are a British owned company based in Italy who specialise in providing superior quality traditional villas in central Italy for holiday makers and lovers if Italy, all year round. We have four properties which have been restored to their original beauty whilst incorporating all the modern conveniences needed for comfortable modern living. The different properties are all different sizes and sleep from two to eight people comfortably.
At Umbria Villas we have been on the travel and tourism business for over thirty years and over the time we have grown to understand what people want from their holiday accommodation and so have created our properties which reflect the diversity which all people bring to the plate. We have traditionally decorated our Umbria villas and we have ultra modern properties too, so where you stay is up to you depending on your personal taste.
For those of you who are not familiar with the area, Umbria is in the central region of Italy around two and a half hours from Rome, Florence and Rimini and only thirty minutes for Perugia, so you have the option of absolute peace and tranquillity or a short ride away you have the towns and cities where you can enjoy the shopping and tourist attractions, and of course some of the best coffee in the world, al fresco.
